Adswadi provides professional services (campaign management, SEO, development, design and automation). Because our work begins immediately after payment — strategy, setup, creative production and platform configuration — service fees for work already started or delivered are non-refundable.
If you cancel in writing before any work has started on your project, we will refund your payment minus any payment-gateway charges, within 7–10 working days.
Ad spend is paid directly to advertising platforms (Meta, Google, Snapchat, etc.) and is governed by their billing policies. Adswadi cannot refund amounts paid to these platforms.
Domains, hosting, Shopify subscriptions, WhatsApp API conversation charges, premium themes/plugins and similar third-party purchases made on your behalf are non-refundable once purchased.
Monthly service retainers can be cancelled with written notice as per your proposal terms. Cancellation stops future billing; the current month's fee is not refunded as work is already in progress.
If you're unhappy with our work, tell us first — we'll always try to fix the issue, revise deliverables or find a fair resolution before anything else.
